Overview

CoilRoute is a local-first Android app. Machine, location, product, service, cash, fault, note, and photo records are stored on your device. App Factory Labs does not operate an account or cloud-sync service for CoilRoute.

Purchases

Optional Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play and supported by RevenueCat. Those services process purchase history and technical purchase identifiers needed to provide, restore, analyze, and protect subscription access. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play and are not received by App Factory Labs.

Permissions

Notifications are requested only if you enable reminders. Camera access is requested only when you choose barcode scanning or a fault photo. CoilRoute does not request contacts or continuous/background location.

Exports and support

Data leaves your device only when you intentionally export or share it, use an external navigation app, make a purchase/restore request, or submit the support form. Support messages are processed by our hosting provider so we can respond to your request.

Deletion

You can delete local records in the app or remove all local app data through Android settings. To request deletion of a support submission or ask a privacy question, use the support form.

Security and changes

Billing and support traffic uses encrypted transport. No method is risk-free. Material changes to this policy will be published here with a revised effective date.
